United States Shipping Policy Update

We love our United States lash artists and want to ensure your lash supplies from GLTR come quickly, without any unexpected surprise charges at the border. Recently, U.S. Customs introduced new import duties, tariffs, and broker fees that apply to all Canadian businesses shipping products into the United States.

These fees are not set by GLTR Lash — they come directly from U.S. Customs. Unfortunately, they can be quite high, even on small orders. But here’s what we’re doing to make things easier for you:

Orders $250+ (No Extra Fees for You)

For all orders of $250 USD or more, GLTR Lash will cover all import duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees on your behalf.

  • You’ll pay only your product total + shipping at checkout.
  • We’ll take care of the rest— no surprise bills when your package arrives.
  • All U.S. orders now ship via express service only. This helps reduce border delays and ensures you get your products as fast as possible.


Orders Under $250

You can still place orders under $250, but please note:

  • The shipping agent (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc) will bill you directly for duties, tariffs, and broker fees when your package arrives.
  • These fees are often a minimum flat charge, regardless of smaller orders.
  • Unfortunately, this is not something GLTR can control— the cost comes directly from U.S Customs and the cost of shipping anything from Canada. 

Please note, if tariffs are not paid accordingly, packages will not be delivered and will be in possession of U.S Customs. GLTR is not responsible for any undeliverable packages and orders will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Because of this, we strongly recommend placing orders of $250+ so we can cover these extra costs for you.
